660nm Red Light is designed for surface-level exposure, making it ideal for areas such as the skin and scalp.
850nm Near-Infrared reaches deeper into the body and is commonly used when targeting muscles and joints.
The Aura Pro 300W has separate switches for red and near-infrared, so you can run both together or use either one on its own.
Results vary depending on what you're using your panel for and how consistently you use it.
Some people notice changes in how they feel after the first few weeks, while appearance-related changes to the skin or hair generally take more consistent, longer-term use.
Consistency matters most. Short, regular sessions are generally better than occasional long ones.
Red and near-infrared light are non-invasive. Always follow the supplied instructions and the recommended distances and session times.
Wear the included blackout goggles whenever the panel is at eye level or whenever you find the light uncomfortable.
If you have an eye condition, take photosensitizing medication or have a medical condition that could affect your response to light therapy, talk to your doctor before use.
