How to use

Step 1 – Unpack

Remove the sauna tent, pole set, chair, steam generator, remote, and infrared light from the box.

Check that all parts are included and undamaged.

Step 2 – Assemble the Frame

Lay out all poles and connectors.

Build the frame by inserting each pole into its matching connector until the full structure is formed.

Step 3 – Attach the Sauna Tent

Place the sauna fabric over the assembled pole frame.

Pull it down evenly on all sides and secure any straps or fastenings.

Step 4 – Add the Chair

Position the included chair in the centre of the sauna.

Make sure it sits firmly and comfortably.

Step 5 – Install the Infrared Light

Locate the attachment point at the top of the sauna interior.

Secure the infrared LED light in place, facing downward for full-body coverage.

Connect the light cable to the control unit or power outlet (depending on your model).

Step 6 – Fill the Steamer

Open the steam generator lid and add clean water (never add essential oils directly inside).

Close the lid securely.

Step 7 – Connect & Power On

Attach the steam hose to the sauna tent port.

Use the remote to set your desired time, steam level, and infrared light function.

Step 8 – Enjoy Your Session

Sit inside, zip the sauna closed, and enjoy the combination of soothing steam and targeted infrared light therapy.

Recommended session: 15–30 minutes.

Step 9 – After Use & Folding Away

Turn off both the steam generator and infrared light.

Unplug from the wall.

Allow the sauna to cool and dry before packing away.

Disassemble the poles, fold the tent, and place everything back into the carry bag.

A NOTE FROM TOD · FOUNDER

I built ThermoLab because I was paying for spa and sauna sessions again and again, and the maths stopped making sense. I wanted a proper steam sauna at home, without the spa price tag, and a real human to email if anything went wrong. If your sauna isn't perfect when it arrives, reply to your order email. You'll get me, Derek or Charlie, never a chatbot.

Still Have Questions? We've Got Answers

FAQ — AuraCore™ 6FT Pro

How easy is it to set up the 6FT Pro?

About 5 minutes, no tools. Unfold the tent, add water to the 3L HyperSteam™ tank, attach the hose, plug it in and set the timer on the remote. You'll be ready to enjoy your sauna shortly after opening the carry bag.

How tall is it? Will I fit?

The AuraCore™ 6FT Pro has an interior height of 180 cm (approximately 5'11"). Most adults can stand upright inside. Taller users may need to bend slightly or use the included chair.

How long should each session be?

Sessions typically last 20–40 minutes, depending on your experience and comfort. If you're new to steam saunas, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration. Stay hydrated and leave the sauna if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.

Is it safe to use every day?

Regular use may be suitable for healthy adults who tolerate heat well. The steam generator includes automatic shut-off and overheating protection.

Always follow the supplied safety instructions. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication that affects your response to heat, consult your healthcare professional before using a sauna.

Can I add essential oils?

Yes! The included AromaSphere™ oil cup lets you enjoy aromatherapy during your sauna sessions.

Never add essential oils directly to the HyperSteam™ generator. Doing so can damage the unit and may void your warranty.

What's in the box and how do I store it?

Every order includes the 6FT pop-up sauna tent with DuraWeave™ fabric, a 1200W HyperSteam™ generator, HaloHeat™ infrared LED panel, folding chair, AromaSphere™ oil cup, washable floor mat and remote control.

Everything packs into the included carry bag for convenient storage in a cupboard or behind a couch.

What's the warranty and returns policy?

Your AuraCore™ 6FT Pro comes with a 3-year warranty and a 30-day trial, subject to our returns policy.
